We work in close cooperation with a thai law firm. The majority of their customers are foreign.

They are specialized in the fields as the law on the foreigners and particularly with regard to the two following points:

1. the creation and the recording of a limited liability company ("Company Limited") which are effectively controlled by foreigners

2. transactions of properties by foreigners carried out by the means of a company How the foreigner can control a company effectively?
Firstly, the foreigners are named as "Director" in this company.
The foreigners can obtain "preferential" shares which count for 10 votes at the time of general assembly.
Whereas the partners inhabitant of Thailand (only-named in general) have "ordinary" shares for 1 vote each.
